Free shipping for orders $100 or more! (Canada and US only)
This offer applies to all orders shipped within Canada and the contiguous US (not available in Hawaii and Alaska). Oversized items such as brooms, large baskets, and peg rails, are excluded from this offer, and are subject to additional shipping fees. Canada Post, Fed Ex and UPS charge an additional handling fee for large and/or heavy parcels. Any item(s) excluded from this offer are indicated so on the item page. International orders do not qualify for free shipping, and are subject to additional shipping fees. These additional shipping fees along with any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Our flat rate shipping allows you to order multiple items and have them shipped at our predetermined flat rate or less.
Domestic Shipping – $15 CAD (unless otherwise posted)
Flat rate shipping in Canada is $15 CAD, however, this does not apply to oversize or overweight items. All Canadian orders are mailed via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, UPS Standard or Fedex Ground within 3 business days of receipt of payment. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please note that oversized/overweight items are subject to additional shipping charges and are not eligible for free shipping.
US Shipping – $14 USD (unless otherwise posted)
Flat rate shipping to the US is $14 USD, however, this does not apply to oversize or overweight items. All US orders are mailed via UPS Standard or FedEx International Ground and are released for shipment within 3 business days of receipt of payment. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has shipped. Duties and taxes may be payable by the customer upon receipt of parcel. Please note that oversized/overweight items are subject to additional shipping charges and are not eligible for free shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in the US.

Yes, we ship internationally! International orders will be shipped via FedEx International or UPS Worldwide Expedited. Rates will vary depending on size, weight and destination. Shipping fees, duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded).
International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Need something in a hurry? No problem. We offer express air delivery options via UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS 3 Day Select and Fedex Express. All shipping options along with shipping quotes will be displayed on the checkout page once the delivery address has been fully submitted. Expedited shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and any order for expedited shipping are not eligible for free shipping.

Once a parcel is picked up by Canada Post, UPS or Fedex, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage. Any amount owing upon delivery or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel.
Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to Canada and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
