Where did free standard shipping go?
Due to rising shipping costs we’ve discontinued our policy of free standard shipping. We appreciate your understanding. Currently all orders enjoy flat rate shipping based on order speed and product size. We’ll continue to evaluate shipping rates so that we can continue to provide excellent products and service to our customers.

International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Holiday Shipping Deadline
Please note that our holiday shipping deadline is Tuesday, December 13th, 2022. Any orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive by December 24th. Of course, unforeseen delays are always possible, so we recommend placing any time-sensitive orders sooner rather than later.
Carriers may not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend shipping to residential or business addresses to avoid delays in processing or delivery. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
After orders have been picked up by partner carriers, we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage. Any amount owing upon delivery or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel.
Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to Canada and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
