Returns and Guarantee
We at JUNE believe that it’s our job to be good stewards of our belongings, to reduce waste production, and to adopt a more mindful approach to buying. We want to assist you in finding items that are both beautiful and practical for your everyday life. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, or feel you don’t have much need for it, we can gladly help you out.
*We have extended our holiday season return policy, orders received between November 25, 2020 and December 25, 2020 will be eligible for a request for return until January 8, 2021.*
Online – Canadian Returns
We offer free returns within Canada! Simply contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll provide you with the return shipping label. Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused and undamaged and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed onto the original method of payment once the package has made its way back to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In-store – Returns
You have 30 days for a full refund (onto the original method of payment) or exchange, with presentation of the original receipt. Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund or an exchange.
In-store – Gift Receipts
You have 30 days for an exchange or store credit, with presentation of the gift receipt. Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
Online – U.S. Returns
There is a $10 processing fee on all returns and/or exchanges coming from the United States. Simply contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll provide you with the return shipping label. Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns – International
All international sales are final and do not qualify for return for refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item
If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect item, send us a message at [email protected] as soon as possible with photos of the item(s), the box, and the packaging. We’ll take care of the rest!

Sorry, all sale and/or discounted items are final sale and do not qualify for refund.
Lost or damaged parcels, incorrect or incomplete delivery address
*Sorry! We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post or UPS during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
