Returns and Guarantee

We at JUNE believe that it’s our job to be good stewards of our belongings, to reduce waste production, and to adopt a more mindful approach to buying. We want to assist you in finding items that are both beautiful and practical for your everyday life. Our team is highly knowledgeable and eager to discuss our collections with you to ensure you feel confident and excited about each purchase you choose to make. 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can gladly assist you in organizing a return. 

We ask that you kindly review our return and exchange policy below and contact us with any questions. 

IN-STORE PURCHASES 

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for exchange or a full refund onto the original form of payment with the presentation of the original receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a return or exchange. 

ONLINE PURCHASES: 

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for a  full refund to the original form of payment. We will process the refund within 3 business days after receiving your package back at the shop

Items must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. JUNE reserves the right to refuse or reject returns that do not meet the specified criteria. 

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for return. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER:
To return item(s) from an online order, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with the reason for the return and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number

Once your return has been authorized and you have been issued your Return Authorization Number, we ask that you return your package to the address below within 5 business days. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Items sent back to us without authorization may be returned to the customer.

We currently do not supply complimentary return shipping labels. 

Once we receive your returned item back at the shop in new and unused condition, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that a refund has been processed.

Please take care to package your return item(s) carefully, with cushioning secured around the product to provide a buffer inside the box for the journey. Items that are broken while in transit are not eligible for a refund.

If we receive your return and it is deemed to be unfit for return due to it not being in new and unused condition, we will get in contact with you to let you know that no refund will be issued. The following options will then be provided for you to choose form:

1. The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost of $20 CAD
OR
2. The product will be recycled or donated.

If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of us informing you that your return has been rejected, we reserve the right to either donate or recycle the item(s).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

All international (excluding the United States and Canada) are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM 

If your order or anything in it has arrived damaged, defective or if you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s), box, and the packaging. We will take care of the rest! 

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS, INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS 

Sorry! We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post, Fedex or UPS during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Items returned to sender due to an improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
