With its cranks and turns, the Rotary Salt and Pepper Set is an ode to hand fashioned artistry and a nod to a bygone era. The light mill is crafted from gmelina wood, a
fast-growing deciduous tree
found at altitudes from sea level to 1,500 meters. The dark mill is is crafted from robles wood, a species typically found in tropical climates.
Hand crafted in Canada, the mills are finished with natural beeswax. No wood stain or chemicals are used.
The mill grinder is adjustable, allowing you to customize the grind from fine to coarse. Mills may be used with a variety or salts, peppers, and spices.
